Engagement Meeting

During this 30-minute session, we will fine-tune all the details of your ring and review the different design possibilities together.

At the meeting you will be able to:

• To learn about and test prototypes of existing models.
• Explore the option of developing a completely customized design.
• Review different cuts, sizes and types of stones available in stock.
• Answer questions about materials, proportions, and finishes.
• Learn in detail about the work and manufacturing process of Arista Joyas.

Important: Maximum number of attendees: 2 people. Meetings are held in a private office specifically designated for customer service; workshop visits are not included.

Punctuality and time changes
You can reschedule your meeting free of charge by giving at least 24 hours' notice.
Only 10 minutes of lateness is considered acceptable; if you do not arrive or are late, the meeting will be considered cancelled with no possibility of rescheduling.

Price
The appointment fee works as a deposit: if you decide to have your jewelry made with Arista, the amount will be deducted from the final price.
