All made-to-order rings and all personalized jewelry are final sale, without exception, so you cannot opt for an exchange or return. The same is applied for pieces that have been resized or customized. Ring size adjustment has an additional cost.

Payments or credits for jewelry on request are not refundable, in these cases you can opt for silver in the store.

If your product does not meet the conditions indicated above, you have 10 days from the delivery of the package to opt for an EXCHANGE . The product you want to change must be in the same condition in which it was sent, with its original packaging, a new product, unused and in perfect condition. Once we review your jewel, we will have 10 days to send your new choice, which must be of the same or higher price. If it is of a lower price, the money will not be refunded and if it is higher, the difference must be paid by bank transfer.

Product RETURNS and money refunds will be made only for a product failure that cannot be repaired . You have 10 days from the delivery of the package to notify us of failures and the refund will only be made after a review of the jewel, within a maximum period of 10 business days. The jewel must come with its original packaging, unused, in perfect condition. Made-to-order rings and personalized jewelry are excluded.

Right of withdrawal: Arista Joyas is not adhered to the right of withdrawal.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer, they are not refundable.

If your products arrived damaged, you must send us detailed photos of the packaging, box, and damaged item to hola@aristajoyas.cl within 7 days of delivery of the package.
