All shipments are made to Continental Chile and have an extra charge which will be calculated at the time of purchase. In the event that you need a shipment outside the coverage area (such as Easter Island, Juan Fernández Island and Salas y Gómez Islands and Chilean Antarctic Territory), you can write to hola@aristajoyas.cl

Dispatches are only made once a week. Everything that is purchased until Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. will be sent on Thursday ; this excludes jewelry made to order, where it will be dispatched on the corresponding Thursday after the 7 business days that your order takes to be ready.
In general, the couriers used are DHL, Starken or Chilexpress. For orders within Santiago, the delivery time is from 1 to 3 business days while, for the Regions, it may take longer depending on the load that each company has. Remember that your package may be delayed due to high demand at certain times of the year (such as Mother's Day or Christmas) or reasons of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), so we ask for your understanding and organization in the face of these dates.
It is your responsibility to send the correct address at the time of purchase and make sure that there is someone who can receive the order at the established delivery time and schedule. Any problem that may be found at the time of delivery (such as incorrect address, no one at home, closed address, etc.) will be your sole responsibility and you will have to pay again if a reshipment must be made.
If you realize that the address you entered is incorrect , you must send an email to hola@aristajoyas.cl as soon as possible to solve it, since if the package is lost because you entered the address incorrectly, we are not responsible and you will have to pay again the products and the office to be able to resend your order.
If after two weeks you have not received your shipment, you should contact us and we will review your case. We are responsible for the loss of the product ONLY when it is the responsibility of the shipping company. In this case, we will resend the product within 10 business days.
