WORKSHOP - MATERIALS - CHARACTERISTICS
Each piece is handcrafted individually in Josefa Corvalán's workshop in Santiago, where precious metals are worked by hand and each natural stone is set one by one. Therefore, no two pieces are exactly alike, even if they share the same design—it's part of the handmade character of each jewel.
We don't have a physical store and we don't receive visitors at our workshop. However, for every order, you can schedule an office visit to finalize details. For wedding bands and engagement rings, we always recommend an office meeting to determine sizes and for you to view our sample collection of styles and widths. For engagement rings, it's an excellent opportunity to see the available stones.
Primarily in 18k yellow, honey, or rose gold (750/1000), 18k palladium white gold (750/1000), platinum (pure), palladium silver in 750/1000 and 900/1000 versions, 950 silver, and 925 silver for chains. All our stones are natural and come from specialized national and international suppliers. Therefore, there may be slight variations in color, veining, brilliance, shape, or size between stones—this is not a defect, but rather part of what makes each stone unique. When lab-grown diamonds or moissanites are used, they are clearly specified for each product.
Yes, that's one of Arista's core principles: almost all pieces can be customized in stone, metal, and carving, and we can develop proposals together with you. Remember that, since this is a piece made especially for you, this type of purchase is a final sale, with no right to exchange or return.
Write to us at hola@arista.cl or via WhatsApp, telling us about your idea: what type of piece you're looking for, if you have a stone or design in mind, and your approximate budget, if you have one. From there, we'll help you choose the stone, metal, and cut, and we'll always clearly state the production timeframe before you confirm payment.
No. We work with solid metal—18k gold, platinum, palladium silver, 950 silver—never plated or coated, because that type of finish is temporary and wears off quickly with use. Our jewelry is made to last.

COMMITMENT - MARRIAGES - TRANSFORMATIONS
Yes, they are specially made according to the size, design, and materials you specify with us, always using new stones and materials. Due to their 100% personalized nature, they are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Yes. They include one free annual maintenance service (polishing, cleaning, setting inspection, and removal of surface scratches) and one free resizing within the first three months, subject to design feasibility. To maintain the free maintenance, you must have it done with us every year—if you miss a year, it will automatically void.
Engagement rings and wedding bands include a lifetime warranty, which covers only manufacturing defects. To maintain the warranty, you must have your rings serviced annually by Arista—failure to do so will automatically void the lifetime warranty. It does not cover wear and tear, damage from impacts, stone loss due to setting deformation, or alterations by third parties.
In most cases, yes. We evaluate it technically, and it's only possible with gold or platinum pieces—we always recommend refining that metal before reusing it. For stones, we must evaluate each case individually, understanding the risks associated with removing the stones from their settings and reusing them.

SIZES
You have several options: ask for a ring sizer at a jewelry store (the most accurate way), measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits you well, or buy your own ring sizer from our store to measure yourself at home. You can see the complete size conversion chart (European/Chilean size and US size) in our size guide.
We can help you estimate your ring size using ring measurements, photos, or videos of your hand, ideally from different angles and in good lighting. It's not a 100% accurate method, so a resizing may be necessary—before buying, ask if the chosen model allows for resizing and what the cost is after the resizing period.
We recommend choosing the smaller size: enlarging a ring by one size is simpler than shrinking it. Also, keep in mind that heat causes fingers to swell, so a ring that's comfortable in winter might feel tighter in summer.
The base price starts at $15,000 CLP and varies depending on the design, material, and number of sizes that need adjusting. We always confirm the exact cost before starting the work.

CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY
Soak it for a few minutes in warm water with mild soap or dish soap, then brush it with a soft-bristled toothbrush, rinse it with warm water, and dry it thoroughly with a cotton or microfiber cloth. Never use abrasive or metal objects.

Each purchase includes a special cleaning cloth, which you can use until it becomes completely blackened.
Yes, it's natural oxidation from contact with air, humidity, or your skin's pH — it's reversible with cleaning or polishing, it's not a defect in the jewelry.
It's best to avoid it. Chlorine, salt, perspiration, and the impacts of exercise can damage stones and accelerate oxidation. The golden rule: your jewelry is the last thing you put on before leaving and the first thing you take off when you get home.
We recommend applying them before putting on your jewelry; contact with chemicals, alcohol, and some cosmetics can dull the metal and affect certain stones.
Store them separately in soft bags, padded cases, or individual compartments to prevent them from scratching each other. Keep them in a dry place, avoiding direct contact with wood and humidity.

Yes, we ship to various international destinations; the cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination. For international purchases, any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Each purchase includes official Arista packaging: a presentation box, a suede pouch, and a special cleaning cloth. One box can contain up to four pieces of jewelry, each in its own protective bag—if you require separate packaging for different pieces, please indicate this at the time of purchase. The packaging does not display the contents or the brand on the outside to protect your privacy. Inside is the official Arista packaging, protected for shipping. If you would like gift wrapping, please indicate this at the time of purchase.

EXCHANGES - RETURNS
Yes, if it's an in-stock, non-personalized item. You have 10 calendar days from the date you received it to request an exchange, and the jewelry must be unused, in perfect condition, and with its complete original packaging.

You can exchange it for another of equal or greater value (paying the difference); if you choose something of lesser value, the difference will not be refunded. Shipping costs for the exchange are your responsibility.
Returns with a refund apply only to in-stock, non-customized items with a manufacturing defect, or when applicable by law. Notify us within 10 days of receipt by emailing hola@arista.cl with your order number and photos of the product. If approved, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 10 business days via the same payment method or bank transfer. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
No. Custom-made pieces and engagement or wedding rings are final sale: they are not eligible for exchange, return, or cancellation, as permitted by consumer law for products made to the customer's specifications.

Deposits for custom-made pieces are also non-refundable, although in some cases we can offer them as credit toward a future purchase.

WARRANTY - REPAIRS
6 months from the date you receive your jewelry, covering manufacturing or material defects that prevent its normal use. All claims are first evaluated in our workshop — please remember that, as these are handcrafted pieces, some minor variations inherent to the manual process are not considered defects.
This warranty does not cover damage from use or wear and tear, including:
Impacts, drops, or pressure on stones and settings.
Chipped, broken, or dislodged stones.
Chains cut by pulling or external force.
Scratches or natural wear from daily use.
Bent or crushed pieces.
Natural tarnishing of silver due to air, humidity, or your skin's pH.
Damage from contact with chemicals, chlorine, or perfume.
Alterations or repairs performed by another jeweler.
We do not recommend it. Any intervention, modification, or repair performed outside our workshop automatically voids the warranty, even if the original damage was covered.
Depending on the damage, some repairs require partial or complete reconstruction of the piece. Write to us at hola@arista.cl for an evaluation; the estimated turnaround time can be up to 30 days from the date we receive the jewelry. You can schedule an in-person visit to our workshop in Santiago, or send it to us (shipping costs are your responsibility).
We only repair Arista jewelry; we do not repair jewelry that is not made by us. To schedule a repair, please write to us directly at hola@arista.cl explaining what you need. We will coordinate with you to determine if an in-person visit to our workshop or shipping is more convenient, and we will always confirm the cost (if applicable) before starting the work.
